2023 6’3 CG Jakai Newton takes what the defense gives him against Sandy Creek on November 09, 2021. He went to work from long range with a few spot up wet balls and step back 3 pointers. He also bully-balled his way for a few buckets, showing that weight room success against weaker opponents. We didn’t get a chance to see him finish above the rim which is a testament to the development of his game. Showing he isn’t a one-dimensional player but brings various scoring options to the team.
