Another one bites the dust. The 2022 Pangos Camp is in the bag. The camp provided us the opportunity to get a glimpse at the rich talent pool of hoopers, our country has to offer. Next men up were able to showcase their skills in front of a plethora of NBA scouts on hand. Yes that’s right fam’…NBA scouts pulled up, eager to see with their own eyes, who may be the next big thing. That’s super tough.

Players also received valuable gems from NBA great Kenny ‘The Jet’ Smith. He was on hand during day 1 of the work-out sessions, providing insights into how he was able to become special in HS, college, and the NBA . You couple that with competing against some of the top hoopers in your class, that you’ve only seen on social media, it equals a recipe for success for the culture of the game.

In our next post, PopscoutHoops will take a look at some of the top players from the event that we were able to see. We didn’t catch them all but we did get a real good look at several soldiers who will fell can become special players at the end of the day.
