The Hoops4Hunger Showcase hosted by Evolve Sports and Banneker HS, provided teams an opportunity to show up and out on a big stage. The Kell Lady Longhorns (3-0) erased a 13-0 1st quarter run by Florida State University HS, coming away with the 51-36 dub. 2023 Crystal Henderson and her supporting cast were special. Crystal (lil’ sister of G-League hooper Scoot Henderson) dropped 21 in the win, including some long range, 3pt. sniper shots that put the game away for good. Kell plays two games this week (11/30 Allatoona, 12/3 Osborne) before a much anticipated match-up against St.Francis on 12/4/21 at the Wheeler TOC.
