Pitts Academy runs a tight shift. And that’s a good thing. In a nutshell, they prepare you for battle. Taking those minuses and turning them into pluses. Taking your weaknesses and turning them into strengths. Don’t get me wrong, there are many, many trainers who practice what they preach but it was a bit different when we visited Pitts Academy. 5 Star soldiers not being humbled per se, but being tested through drill work, scrimmaging, and King of the Court. We were like a kid in a candy store grabbing as much footage as we could get ours hands on. Peach State hoopers showed up and out this season as they continue to stay in the lab, almost forcing the basketball Gods to bless them. We’ll be spotlighting Pitts Academy in our upcoming segment called “We Gotta Bring Our A-Game to Practice?” Yes you do. Young hoopers are asked to leave their flip-flops and crocs at home and come to the gym laced up, ready to rock and roll. At the end of the day, it’s all about putting in that work to make you become a better player and person on and off the court. Hard work pays off.
