The 2019 Devaughn Perkins Hoopfest Memorial Tournament was held March 23-24, 2019, at the Empire Sports Facility. SOPAC Hoops was the host and when it comes down to it family, sometimes it’s much, much more than wins and losses. We appreciate the support for those who came out and continue to support families who have lost loved ones to gun violence.
