It was Championship Sunday so of course PopScout was on hand to capture the action, scout some teams, and archive for future mixtapes.  Showtime takes on Valley Oop in this nail biter that goes down to the wire…well sort of.  ARC is the oldest running Youth Basketball League in Southern California.
