LAVC football is back. Under Head Coach Robert Tucker, the Monarchs have gone 10-0, looking very, very impressive on both sides of the ball. They run a no huddle attack that keeps defenses on their heels throughout the game. On the opposite side of the ball, their defense is top notch – ready to drop the hammer on every play. Smash mouth football indeed. But at the end of the day, you only go as far as your QB will take you and the Monarchs have one of the best Freshman QB’s in JC Football.

#2 Freshman QB Christian Jorgensen – who stands 6’3 – has been a stud all year long. The kid is from Bellingham, WA showing poise in the pocket, accuracy, and the ability to run the no huddle offense like a soldier. If you take a look at the Monarchs’ roster, from top to bottom, they’ve brought in players from across the country who’ve blended well, showing great team chemistry and spirit on the football field. The team takes on Southwestern 6pm Saturday November 19, 2016 for the American Division Championship Bowl.
The game will be played at LAVC and if you haven’t had a chance to see their squad in action, then you’ll have a chance to witness a very solid JC football team. You also have to take a look at the upgrades the campus is making…beautiful indeed. Valley College is on the map you feel me. Look for them to come out firing on all cylinders against a Southwestern team that comes to town with a 9-1 record, so it should be a great match-up.
Take a look at a few clips as LAVC takes on a solid Citrus team. LAVC is a joy to watch. Come show some love Saturday November 19, 2016 at 6pm.
